Our automated mails no longer send themselves

We have a big problem, on 3 of our customers, we can not send e-mail to their prospects.

We get this notification: “This email has been deactivated due to exceeding your email limit budget, please reactivate to resume sending.”, but we’ve only used 10% of the number of e-mails you can send. Do you know why, and do others have the same problem?
At the moment, all our campaigns are affected by this problem/bug, and we’d like to be able to resolve it as soon as possible…
