ActiveCampaign people - new Segments have landed !
And this is where your old Segments are hiding…
(because I know you’ll be having a minor heart attack if you think your carefully crafted Segments are gone!)
n ew Segments have gone live in ActiveCampaign accounts
all your old Segments seem to have vanished…
but hooray - old Segments are still there - phew!!
old Segments are now called List Segments (Legacy)
and you can still use them - for as long as you like - to send Campaign emails - also phew!
IMPORTANT BIT:
type the Segment name in the Send To search bar to use an old Segment when you send a Campaign
I have more to come on this - the new Segments are honestly fabulous time saving things - but first, let’s keep everyone moving with the Segments they already have.
