What is your business background?
I am a marketer by trade and ActiveCampaign is my tool of choice. For the last 8 years I’ve been helping businesses unlock the power of their email lists with ActiveCampaign. I help with customer journey mapping, integrations, automations and creating compelling emails that drive engagement.
Why do you participate as an ActiveCampaign Superuser?
ActiveCampaign is a fantastic platform, but many users need additional support to get an ROI from their investment in the platform. I’m here to help answer questions, bounce ideas and troubleshoot issues.
What is your favorite ActiveCampaign feature, automation, or trick?:
Having a Last Engaged Date field, plus a Re-engagement/Sunset automation is one of my favourite AC combos. It’s super simple, but can make sure a difference to deliverability, engagement rates AND the amount of contacts you pay for in ActiveCampaign. When a contact engages via email/website/form/payment gateway, update their Last Engaged Date custom field in ActiveCampaign. X amount of days post-engagement (this will depend on your business!), trigger a Re-engagement/Sunset automation to try and win back the lead. Over time, contacts who are no longer engaging will be unsubscribed and you’ll have a highly engaged list and emails that are more likely to reach the primary inbox.

I love ActiveCampaign! My team and I are available for additional support with the platform, so don’t hesitate to get in touch. In my spare time, I volunteer at an animal shelter for cats, am a novice guitar player, travel enthusiast and hiker.
