Let’s say I have created a largely image based newsletter. Active Campaign has a prompt to automatically generate a text version of the email. However, this would presumably be done based on the textual component of the email? Is there a way of editing this text version?
I don’t use the supplied HTML templates, but there is a setting to do it in the Campaign creation process.
In the editor, click the gear icon on the top right, and then you can toggle the “Automatically generate a text version of the email” to Off. When you do that, the next step in the Campaign creation will let you edit the text version.
