Hi All, I wonder if someone can help me.
I just joined AC and I would like to import into the system our leads, that I call, email etc. I will do it via CSV file, but for many of the leads I do not have an email address. I normally call, set up a meeting etc. and might or might not an email.
I understood for watching some videos that for both contacts and leads the email filed is a mandatory one. is that correct?
If so, how can I solve my problem? I would like to use the AC CRM as a system to track, set up follow ups etc. but if an email address is mandatory, then only some of our big list will be useful.
Any thoughts or recommendations?
