How to use automations for weekly feedback loops

Here’s a screenflow of an automation I created to manage weekly check-in’s with multiple clients.

Before doing this, I had to manually remember to send out multiple emails, remembering who’d replied, and who hadn’t - a very time intensive task.

Here’s a runthrough of the automation:

Clients are automatically added when signing up for a specified product with weekly contact. An email is sent out on a specified day and time, reminders can be added if no response/email open is recorded within timeframes, and multiple branches can be created for other staff members.

This automation has saved me hours of weekly repetitive tasks.
