How to exclude a list of recipients from a campaign

Hi there,
How do I send a campaign or automation to a list of people and EXCLUDE a list of people from that main send? For example, in List A of 500 people, I want to exclude List B which has 50 people.

Hi Rosie,

Basically the solution would be to create a segment. You’d have two conditions:

  1. “Is in list A”
  2. “Is not in list B”

If the contact is in both lists, would they still receive the email or would they be excluded?

With those conditions combined with “AND” logic they would be excluded if they were on both lists.
