How can I update a broken link after sending a campaign

Is there a way to update a broken link in a campaign after sending it out? I am probably out of luck for the initial send, but I would like to update the link before doing a resend to those that did not open the 1st email.

Hey Brian! Sorry we missed this when it was originally published, but in the spirit of providing insight on this question, I’ll be happy to take a look!

Once a campaign in sent, unfortunately we cannot update any link of action within the email. Now, when it comes to resending your campaign, given your setup, I would suggest creating a duplicate instead. Once you have the duplicate (copy), you’ll be able to access the designer of the campaign for you to update any link accordantly. Then, you can select a list or segment one based on your business needs and then send it like a regular campaign. To duplicate a campaign:

  1. Go to Campaigns
  2. Find the campaign to be copied and click the down carat to expand a list of options
  3. Select “Duplicate”
