Looking to get better results from your emails? A/B testing (also known as âsplit testingâ) is one of the easiest ways to fine-tune your campaigns and see what really works for your audience.
Whether youâre tweaking subject lines, content, CTAs, or images, A/B testing lets you try different options and see which one gets the best response.

How to Get Started:
- Click Campaigns > Create a new campaign.
- Type the name of your campaign into the field provided. Only account users can see this campaign name.
- Click the âSplit testingâ option, then click âEmail subjects, from information, and email content.â
- Click the âNextâ button.
- Complete the fields for your subject line, preheader text (optional), âFromâ name, and âFromâ email address.
- Select a campaign builde r and design your campaign. When finished, click âNextâ to navigate to the Campaign Summary page.
- Click the â+â to duplicate your subject line, preheader text, âFromâ information, and design.
- Follow steps 6 and 7 above to add up to five variations.
- Modify your variations as needed.
- Make sure to test your campaign before sending it out to your contacts.

Test One Thing at a Time: Pick one variation to test per emailâwhether itâs the subject line, content, CTA, or imageâso you know exactly whatâs driving results.
Try Multiple Versions: You can test up to five different variations at once! See which one performs best.
Pick the Winner: Once you know what works, send that winning version to the majority of your contacts.
