Biannca here from our CX team, sorry we missed this when it was originally published.
In the spirit of providing insight on this question, it’s still not currently possible to exclude certain contacts from reports.
An example use case and workaround:
Your testing your campaign and you want to see how tracking works.
What you can do is duplicate your email and send the actual email to yourself and observe the behaviour. Once the email is working the way you want it to, send out your email (you can exclude yourself from the segment via segmentations) and your test contact will not appear in any campaign report.
