I am sending mails but email threads are not formed. Every time I reply or send a fresh mail it appears to be new email in the contact’s inbox not as a thread. Please help

Unfortunately, I don’t think it is possible to do this. Each new campaign will be treated as a new thread by most email services.
Also, if you reply using an email provider other than ActiveCampaign, most email services will treat that as a distinct thread (because the sender information will be slightly different).

Although we currently have a direct way to achieve this, you can totally be built and automation to keep track of your replies and send more campaigns based on that. For example, you can use 1:1 email threading in Automations. This will allow you to send multiple 1:1 emails and have them appear as one consistent email thread in the contact’s inbox. I believe this will be a good fit for you!
