Customizing the unsubscribe page when user clicks on 'unsubscribe all'

I have previously created a custom form which users will be directed to once they click on ‘unsubscribe’. Can I direct users to a custom form when users click on ‘unsubscribe all’? How would I do this? Thanks!

Hey Yomei! Sorry we missed this when it was originally published, but in the spirit of providing insight on this question, I’ll be happy to take a look!
When your contacts click the unsubscribe from all lists, they should be redirected to the page set within you for the topmost list. To access it and edit it, follow these steps:

  1. Go to “contacts”.
  2. Then, under “manage”, click “archive”.
  3. There you’ll see the form and edit it using the options available.
  4. I took a screenshot for you to have as reference. To check it out, please click HERE.

Hope this helps, and remember you can always contact us in case something comes up along the way!

The solution by sdelaosanchez does not appear to be th case anymore as there is no “Archive” link under Manage. What is the most recent way of solving this task?

You can create multiple preference pages with Emailpref. So when a user clicks unsubscribe all you can direct them to a custom page in which they can actually update or unsubscribe from all your email lists.
