Custom domain not working for landing pages

Hi all, not sure if I’m missing something obvious but I’ve added and logged into our account via our custom domain, but I don’t have our custom domain as an option to use for landing pages, it only shows the default. Have I missed something?

If you’ve logged in via your custom domain but it’s not showing as an option for landing pages, it’s likely that the custom domain hasn’t been fully configured and verified specifically for landing pages yet. The login domain and the landing page domain settings are separate.

  2. Make sure your custom domain is added under the “Landing Pages” section (not just as a login domain).

Thanks for your reply! I couldn’t find that specific guide at all. I’ve made the changes but just getting an error on our landing page now: https://go.compelite.pro/urnottheCEO

It hasn’t been a full 48 hours, but the other custom domain for the AC account has updated fine already. Any chance there’s an issue?

Just editing to add the domain says it’s connected and has the green light.
