We run monthly workshops. Setting up an email reminder campaign is pretty simple, and I’ve managed to do that without trouble. After each workshop, we sort participants into three groups: those who stayed the whole time, those who left early, and those who didn’t attend. We tag each person based on their status.
Each group needs a different follow-up email. On top of that, several internal team members need to get copies of all participant emails, including both the pre-workshop reminders and the post-workshop follow-ups for all three groups.
How can I automate this process? This is what I’ve tried but this does not work as expected.
