Hey guys -
When testing an email with my team, we noticed the formatting of the email was showing up very different on phone’s when their settings are on “dark mode”. Examples would be links were underlined (that was turned off), the colors were completely different in some places than others and they were the same HEX code. Is there any options to help with the formatting of the email if the contact does have “dark mode” turned on? Also to add - they were viewing the email from the Outlook app on there phone, I can’t image what it looked like on Gmail.

If you do not want your email content to have a dark background, you can set your own background color with ActiveCampaign’s new email designer. Doing so ensures that the “Content background” color will remain consistent between Light and Dark Modes. However, customers may see a slightly different color hue between email clients and devices.
