Can you insert images into a saved responses?

I am trying to build a library of saved responses, the editor for them is very limited. Can you insert an image into a saved response?

Hi Ian! Unfortunately, you can’t insert images directly into saved responses - they’re limited to text only. The saved responses feature is really designed for quick text replies rather than full formatted content. Email templates are definitely the way to go if you need images and formatting!

Thanks, I have the same question as my other topic, how do you use the email templates in a 1:1 email conversation?

Hey Ian! You can do it a couple of ways.

From Contact Records: Click the “Email” button on any contact profile, then look for “Templates” in the email composer to select from your saved templates.

From 1:1 Email Section: Navigate to 1:1 Email, compose a new message, and you’ll see template options in the editor.

Saved Responses: These work perfectly for quick 1:1 replies and appear as options when composing emails.
