There used to be a simple Wait action for day of the week - Wait until the Contact’s Timezone is DAY OF THE WEEK. Now its like this whole thing with adding goals and if/then actions and its really confusing. Why do changes make things more complicated?
Hey there! This option is still available under Wait until conditions are met. This is using the same segment builder you would have been using before to access these conditions prior to the release of the new version.
We simply moved some of the more common options users were configuring in the segment builder (Wait until a specific day, Wait until a custom field) into their own types to make them more accessible and approachable.

You can choose the date but not the day of the week.

Yes thank you! The person I was on support with took me a round about way, but when I scaled it back that was the only thing I needed to do - no goals ended up being needed. Thank you!!
