While folders aren’t available for segments yet, once the new segment experience goes live we suggest to align with naming conventions with all the segments. We will have an updated search and sort that will allow you to easily find your segments. Happy to learn more about your use case and dive deeper.

Yes, this was the #1 thing I was looking for in this update. To be able to have categories for which different segments live. It is so hard to look through all the segments at one time with no organization or re-ordering.

Hi everyone, it’s here!! Early access is now enabled—if you signed up, you’ll find it available in your account.

Navigate into contacts and you will see a new segments sub-nav to access the new segments overview page, AI-suggested segments, and saved library.

Hello! I signed up for early access but Segments is not appearing in my Contacts section.

Also, I received an email today asking if I’m enjoying the new Segments experience, and I tried to reply explaining the problem, but I got the following error:

This new segment building is such a great improvement! :clap:

I really like the ability to build segments based on other segments. Now we can start becoming really modular. :package: :package:

One minor bug I discovered though is that the segment listing only shows the original segment name, no matter how many times I change the name. But I hope that will be fixed soon?

I’ve tried to clear the cache and also login from an incognito window, but the original name is still shown in the list. Clicking to the segment details, the new and correct name is displayed. Very confusing.

Ps. Please fix the ability to upload images here on the community.

Regarding the images in the community, it appears that the functionality varies for some users. For those experiencing difficulties, I recommend a workaround: copying and pasting the image from a Google Doc or utilizing a tool like Zight to populate a url of the image. In both cases, if you insert the image using a url rather than using the image icon, it should populate correctly.
