I’ve been trying to find an answer to this issue for months via support, and nobody has any information.
I have several automations, and they work flawlessly, except when they do not. I first reported this issue of automations misfiring back in November, another instance in December, and now another known instance today.
I cannot reach anyone in support, and these misfires of the automations are messing up my data.
I would really appreciate it if I could speak with someone in support today.
