Hi, is there a recipe or a way to send customers tracking information through Active Campaign?
Hi there! There isn’t a recipe for order tracking information. But, if you’re looking to provide order information to customers, you can utilize Order Status and Personalization Tags.
Thanks, So it can be done? I can create an automation to send someone their tracking based on order status? If so, Can you provide an example?
Hi @pcosnutrition! You’re unable to give customers shipment tracking information, but you are able to give customers order status. For example, is an order has been completed then you can set an automation letting a customer know of their order confirmation (minus the shipment tracking).
