Automation: It's possible to see WHO and how often was send a specific Mail in Automation-Series?

Hi,

Is it possible to see WHO and how often was send a specific Mail in Automation-Series? I can only finde the Possibility to see, if a person opens oder clicks a mail. I would like to see which persons a special mail and how often someone was sent a special mail.

Is that possible?

Hi Christopher,

In your Automation, click the “view reports” link to the right of any email’s name.

In the report, click on “Opens/Reads” on the left-side menu.

That report lists out who opened the email and how many times.

Hi Christopher,

To add onto @alwayslearning’s response, you can also open up an individual’s contract record and then filter the activity stream in the right-hand sidebar to only show campaigns.

Biannca here from our CX team - to add on Brian’s and alwayslearning responses, we have the Campaigns Performance report (available on Plus and above plans) where you can filter and check how many emails we’re sent between a certain date range like this https://screen.ac/04u89Gzg.

  • Note: If you’re looking for automation email metrics, the “Sent End” date filter needs to either be or contain the current date. If you set the “Sent End” date filter to be before the current date, then the report will not show accurate results.
