Automated trigger request

There should be a list filter for data coming in from Salesforce.

Currently, if an email address is updated in Salesforce then it gets pulled into every automation with the “contacts field caller email changes” trigger - and without the trigger, the potential client with an email update gets no automation.

How are we supposed to correct emails automatically with data being pulled from Salesforce and have them go into specific automation - like B2C vs B2B clients?

Active campaign should have a filter at the list level when it pulls new data over from salesforce

This is a CRM development issue and I would like to get it corrected.

Hello there! A suggestion is using tags to identify contacts ‘B2C’ vs ‘B2B’ for example, then you can segment the automation triggers with the tag to restrict entrance to allowed contacts.
