how do you get access? I don’t see the ai prompt action in my list

Hi @airstrikeinc, we’re working on expanding the early access group, if you’re interested please DM your activehosted and email. :grinning:

Hi. Have been testing the AI Prompt. It seems to have issues with dates. e.g. I prompt "Get todays date and calculate the age of this person if their date of birth is %DOB% Note that %DOB% Is in dd/mm/yyyy format.

IMPORTANT! Only give me the age as a number. No text in your response please."

Note that the %DOB% field is 03/09/1959

And it returns: “Today\u2019s date is 10/02/2024. The person is 65 years old.”

It thinks it’s 2024 not 2025. Also, the calculation is incorrect as if it were 2024, the person would be 64 years old.

Hi @mondyfs, Thanks for reaching out! This behavior is due to a limitation with LLMs (large language models). It does not have understanding of real-time data, such as today’s date. Instead, they rely on their training data. In this case, which is why the output is off.

Thanks @joannng . Appreciate your reply and the interesting article you linked to. Guess it’s “time” to figure out a workaround. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi again @joannng

I’m now trying to use the AI Prompt to work out 150 days from a certain date. The prompt I’m using in the automation is “What is 150 days from %AC_ONE_FEE_REFERENCE_DATE% Note that the date format is dd/mm/yyyy”

The %AC_ONE_FEE_REFERENCE_DATE% (date field) is set to 12/07/2025.

The AI returns 01/02/2026 (incorrect) but when I check in chat GPT I get the correct answer: 09/12/2025

I’ve also tried converting the date field to a UNIX timestamp. The value returned is also not correct. e.g it returns: “The date 15/03/2025 is equivalent to Unix timestamp 1697276800”. Whereas the correct timestamp for 15/03/2025 is 1741996800

I would love access to other custom fields specifically deal fields. Right now I have to update contact record and add action to copy to deal fields. Is there a better way?
