ActiveCampaign for WooCommerce plugin returns a fatal error on the checkout page

I’ve connected a WooCommerce site to ActiveCampaign using deep data integration and it works for the historical data.
But if I install the ActiveCampaign for WooCommerce plugin it returns a fatal error on the checkout page.

This is the error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function request() on null in /home/xyz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/includes/api-client/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-api-client.php:370 Stack trace: #0 /home/xyz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/includes/traits/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-interacts-with-api-trait.php(140): Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Api_Client->execute() #1 /home/xyz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/includes/repositories/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-ecom-customer-repository.php(108): Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Ecom_Customer_Repository->get_and_set_model_properties_from_api_by_filter(Object(Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Api_Client), Object(Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Ecom_Customer), ‘email’, ‘’) #2 /home/xyz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/includes/repositories/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-ecom-customer-repository.php(124): Act in /home/xyz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/includes/api-client/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-api-client.php on line 370

I have a similar issue but my checkout screen goes white. Were you able to get it resolved?

I’ve resolved installing the ActiveWoo plugin (

Did you go with the ActiveWoo plugin because Activecampaign could not get their plugin to work? I have a ticket open with them and am wondering if I should wait or just move on with this plugin. Thanks for the help!

I choose ActiveWoo because is more powerful and I had no time to try to solve the issues with the ActiveCampaign plugin.

@tixx are you using abandoned cart feature with Activewoo?

@Bipin_Thapa I’m not using this feature yet.

Thanks :slight_smile:
