Why is the filtering option "is" doing the contrary?

Hello,

I have an automation that is set up to send an email if the contact has replied to some questions with specific options (custom fields), the rest of the answers that are not included should send a different email. I first set up the if/else options with “is”, but it triggered the wrong email. I tried by just changing the option from “is” to “is not” and it worked once. However, it is not working properly.

I’m attaching a screenshot with the automation and the conditions. The conditions that are included are the ones that the contact needs to have in order to send the email on the yes option.

How should I configure this step in order to trigger the right email?
