We’re new to AC and are testing out it’s many features. Right now, we have a ticketing system that triggers a Zap (Zapier) to create a deal in AC. Once that is done, an Automation is started which emails the user with a feedback link specific to that ticket. The Automation tracks email opens and link clicks. However, what we’re finding is that the link tracking is only tracking the last deal entered - not the triggered deal. For example:
Ticket #1- Ticket is closed today. Email automation is kicked off today
Ticket #2- Ticket is closed today. Email automation is kicked off today
User opens the Ticket #2 email right away, clicks the link and is presented with the correct, unique URL for that ticket. User waits 2 days to open the email for Ticket #1 and when they click on the link, it actually shows the unique URL for Ticket #2 … not Ticket #1
