We noticed that our email campaigns are going to Junk Mail when the destinattion is an Office 365 Account.
It happens when we use the ACTIVE CAMPAIGN Authentication Option for the delivery of the campaigns
We realized it because we sent a test for our self email accounts that we recently migrated to Office 365.
If we use the “My Own Email Authentication” option we dont have the issue
My concern is if Office 365 is blocking Active Campaign by default
