We have detected that some of the purchases are marked as abandoned in AC. Because of it none of the purchase automations are triggered. Is there a way to create fail safe for this kind of bugs?
Also, current AI support integration is really bad. Reporting critical bugs are impossible. Support chat, support ticket, support email are all connected to same AI which CAN NOT resolve issues. How can we connect actual support nowadays?
