Does anyone know if Active Campaign has issues with cell phones receiving SMS text in Canada? The system says the SMS was sent but no one I sent it to in Canada is actually getting the text on their phone.
I tried contacting support and they gave me the runaround for weeks and now it seems like they just washed their hands of it and wont respond.
If I knew other people are getting the SMS in Canada then I could assume maybe its just my cell or the carrier I’m using, but they refuse to tell me what’s going on and I’ve been paying to try and get this platform working for over a year and it looks like I’m asking too many questions they don’t have an answer to and so they just gave up.
Any help or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
