Slow Tech Support at ActiveCampaign

I just became a paying customer of ActiveCampaign. I’ve been waiting over 36 hours for support now. During the trial, I had a couple little issues, but I got support right away. I was really impressed. After I paid for my account, I now have no support.

Is this typical for AC?

@teampersonalrecord - prior to COVID-19 it seemed the support was much faster. Not making an excuse just an observation. Currently, support is a brutal waiting time.

Okay. Well, thanks for responding. I guess more people are using the software during the pandemic.

Still no communication from ActiveCampaign. It’s over 3 days now.
