Salesforce Integration not working

We implemented the new Salesforce integration yesterday following all of the steps found here:

The Sync from SF to AC appears to be working however,
The Create a lead in Salesforce action we added to our workflows does not appear to be working every hour as suggested by the same linked document.
We have 11 leads since yesterday all stuck at that same spot in the Automation.

What’s curious is that when we click on the action to select a SF integration, the suffix of the account name appears to reference our old SF domain, before we changed it to a custom domain as instructed in point one of the linked set up document.
Has anyone else tried to use this yet and can you advise us please?


we faced exactly the same problem. It’s been escalate with the AC customer support (providing admin access to a SF sandbox) but unfortunately until today they still did not come back to us…

NOW, I realized today that the AC package in the SF AppExchange has been updated (V 1.20.0 from the 09/16/2019):

I did the update and… it worked.

@veeqo did you get the sync working like @bigrep3dprinters? In case you haven’t been able to, here is an alternate way.
