Problem with deals email sync


My Deal emails have not been syncing with my MS Exchange account for a number of days. I have made no system changes that I am aware of. SETTINGS, DEALS, EMAIL ACCOUNT shows the same account (with a green dot) that was set up over a year ago.

We’ve been having the many email sync issues and tech support has yet to fix anything. Can anyone get our email sync issues fixed? It’s been having problems since the day after we paid for enterprise service.
