Phone Field


The new version doesn’t automatically recognise AU mobile numbers. For example, in the old system, all mobiles had to be entered in the Phone field as “+61412345678” and then it would automatically revert to displaying “0412 345 678” (with spaces).

This is important because not only do you have to have the “+61” in and drop the “0”, but it’s the only way that this would work in an automated SMS.

I haven’t tested how this bug is affecting automated SMS’s yet but it concerns me that this isn’t doing its usual thing.


Any word on this issue? Can someone confirm that SMS automations work in the BETA CRM for AUS numbers inputted with the international code (+61)? This is critical for me to update. thanks


Yes, it now works on phones entered with +61.
