Incrementing a counter

I want to send 13 emails to the contact.
They will each have a link with a parameter ProgramNumber.
ProgramNumber =1 to 13.

I was hoping there was a way to just increment a custom Field. The Ai suggested incrementing a number but I think it was hallucinating.

Any ideas>

In the automation builder, find the ‘Format Data’ action under the workflow tab, and then ‘Perform Math’ to add 1 to a number value
