Hi everyone,
We want to make you aware of a phishing attempt currently targeting some ActiveCampaign customers. We’ve received reports of fraudulent emails being sent from terry@quandarypond.com that impersonate ActiveCampaign, including a fake landing page designed to look like our platform.
Our team has already taken action:
- Our Abuse team is aware and has reported this to the platform being used for the phishing attempt
- We’re actively monitoring the situation
Here’s what you should do to stay safe:
If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from ActiveCampaign:
- Do NOT click any links or interact with the email
- Report it as phishing to your email provider
- Block the sender email address (terry@quandarypond.com) if possible
- Block or avoid clicking any suspicious ActiveCampaign-looking links
Remember: ActiveCampaign will never ask you to verify your account through unsolicited emails or provide sensitive information via email. When in doubt, log directly into your account at activecampaign.com rather than clicking email links.
If you’ve received one of these emails or have any concerns about your account security, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
