Call Tracking/Attribution


Does anyone have a solution or a workaround for tracking click-to-calls within an email? We currently use Call Tracking Metrics to purchase our numbers and track them. However, when clicked in ActiveCampaign phone numbers don’t register as a link click so we have no idea what creative, placements, verbiage, etc. are actually working and being interacted with.

The only solution we’ve come up with so far is split testing and only including certain CTA’s in certain positions alongside different creative to see which one gets clicked. This isn’t really that viable of an option for us so any help on this is appreciated.
