I’ve sent a support ticket but no reply.
My automations are not starting.
When a tag is added to a contact (this happens successfully) the automation which should start from a tag being added doesn’t start.
I’ve tested it multiple times. 3 new automations I’ve set up do not work and I’ve just upgraded to the $338 plan too. I’m now 2 days without the main feature of this email software which is costing a lot of money.
Lack of reply is discouraging. Would appreciate some help here.
