I’m building an integration with one of our client applications and Active Campaign and am seeing some slightly strange behaviour with the
When I retrieve a contact object via the v3 API I can see that the
updated_utc_timestamp field among others.
However, when I edit that contact by changing name or email in the Active Campaign UI, this field does not get updated in the data returned from the API - even though I can see the updated email address or name in the returned payload.
This also affects use of the
filters[updated_after] filter as the updated contact never gets returned except when I specify the (incorrect) updated timestamp.
Is this a known issue, or does this field only get updated under certain conditions?
