404 Error Sending Thrive Leads Form Data

Hi,
When I enter the data in the forms and confirm, instead of sending the data through the application, at least 50% of the time I get 404 error, at other times everything works correctly. It does not matter if I change in Post Opt-In Action: Reload, Redirect or Success Notification.

It seems that this is caused because you have some issues on their https://www.screencast.com/t/CME1IhJ6Ijg end http://status.activecampaign.com/ that cause the API connection to be blocked when tested https://www.screencast.com/t/1q8CjmFE8

I try to set again the API connection but isn´t work

I need a solution
