Salesforce error with new contacts and accounts

Just moved my org from pardot to ActiveCampaign and I have been receiving error message below when making changes to contacts and when making new Accounts.

• execution of BeforeUpdate caused by: ActiveCamp.dmlManager.accessException: Insufficient “Update” access on object “Account” by user (ActiveCamp)

Has anyone encountered this error, what’s the solve to allow users to make updates and new records?
