"This contact is still being processed" when a contact enters an automation
I am using a trigger based on a contact entering a pipeline.
When we send the contact and deal data through the API, the contact is created, as well as the deal and it enters the automation.
However, it does not move further down in the Automation and I get the following message when I check its location: “This contact is still being processed”
Any idea why this is happening?
