Introducing the first CXA solution for Support teams to better understand customers, automate customer service interactions, and maintain timely, efficient support using tools across the platform.

What does that include? A complete revamp of our Conversations tool! It now features:

  • Facebook Messenger capabilities
  • Chatbots (currently in Beta)
  • Agent assignments
